July
Deacon, Brianna, and I took Dick to Grandpa Vosco's house so that he could spend a few days with his dad after his procedure. The girls decided they wanted to come to Burley without their parents.
I had Josie and Grace from the 1st through the 4th.

I love them!
I love that they have a desire to come to Burley.
Sweet, beautiful girls!
LOVE them!!!
4th of July
Taking the girls back.
While Dick was in Utah, he saw one of Richie's shows... And Then There Were None, Directed by Richie Call.
Three generations of VERY special Call men at the Lyric Repertory Company. It's hard to believe that Vosco, who is Dick's father and Richie's grandfather, was in ICU having a stent placed in his carotid 2 days before this picture.
Grandpa's hollyhocks looked amazing this year! Wow!
...and these are the fairies we used to make with Dick's mother out of her Hollyhocks.
What an awesome memory.
Going back home with my man.
We got back just in time to celebrate the 4th and the fireworks. Aubrey went to her friend's house.
Our cute neighbors have a cute duck for a pet. They first thought she was a boy so they named it John. After a while they found out he was a she, so they changed her name to Lady John. She is wonderful and always comes visit. Also when we're in the backyard and doing anything by the fence, she follows you on the other side of the fence. She's just like a puppy.
Most of the time it's just us two because Aubrey has been so busy this summer. Our family is shrinking!

Grandma: Deacon! You get your neck brace off this week! Do you remember what it felt like without it!?!
Deacon: No. I don't remember.
Grandma: Are you excited!?!
Deacon: Not really. I kind of want it forever because I'm used to it.
***This is the same little boy who couldn't breath with it on at first because it is so tight!

Cycle 39
Aubrey, Deacon, and Brianna joined us for this cycle.
Deacon had a follow up to have his neck brace removed.
Deacon had a follow up to have his neck brace removed.
I love how Deacon has always been so sensitive to Dick's needs ever since he became ill.
These two are truly buddies.
Fun with Aunt Leanna!
She always takes us to the finest restaurants!
We love you Leanna!
We love you Leanna!
The big day!!!
After 3 months of wearing it 24/7... no more neck brace!
We had fun and turned all these doctor visits into a little vacation while we were away from home.
Antelope Island
Simple little things make this little guy so happy. We saw a lot of buffalo, antelope, and he LOVES the sand!
On our way home we stopped in Logan to see the Unicorn play that Giselle directed. Sophie was in the play.
They are doing their warm ups before the play in this picture.
Josie, Deacon, and Grace
Both grandfathers were proud!
My mosquito plant on our patio is huge! It's never gotten this tall before! It also has never blossomed! For your information, this is a citronella plant and not only does it look great on your patio or deck, but it also repels pests.
Dick (and Brianna's) garden has been amazing this year!
My herb garden too!
I love the Golden Oregano!
Our apple tree has tons of fruit!
Yum! Pretty soon they will be ready!
Yum! Pretty soon they will be ready!
We are so blessed to have a little Garden of Eden right in our backyard!
Bear Lake with everyone except Anson and Travis.
Dad stayed with Grandpa Vosco after the lake.
We stayed in the hotel.
We watched Richie and Chrislynn's kiddos while they went to look at their future home.
OREOS!!!
Logan Canyon
Lake Cleveland
Richie, Chrislynn, Giselle and the kids showed up on the 26th. They came on Sunday with Joe and Blythe. (They are good friends Richie met in graduate school and were in Logan as actors for the Summer Lyric Repertory Company.) We had dinner, a good visit, and the boys played a long game of Risk.
I love my family!
They are always there for me.
They are EVERYTHING to me!
Our family with Joe, Blythe, and Aubrey's friends... Lauren and Maycee.
Richie and Chrislynn left the children here for a summer visit.
The next day Aubrey left for her Student Council Camp in Boise.
The children were here at the perfect time because the 3 little girls love sugar snap peas and they really enjoyed them!
